Currently, I am having a 4 wheeler car licence in Nalgonda. I was working in one of the company near Nalgonda. Currently, I have shifted back to my own residency at Uppal. So, I want to change the address to my current location at Uppal. Could you let me know, what is the procedure?
And also, I have seen in RTO Telangana website, that there is a option to change of address through online. Is it valid one now? Can I apply change of address through online? once applied in RTO, do I need to go Nalgonda RTO to take the NOC and come back to Uppal RTO and apply?
And, If I apply it through online directly, do I get the card delivered to my new address directly?
Kindly provide this information. very much confused with the online process.
